Landscape
Some say our complex is a jewel. Our timeless sophicated homes are nestled in lush landscape. The canopy of large trees can be seen throughout the complex. Sometimes it feels like we're living in the trees!

The front exterior lighting was created by Unique Lighting of Texas.  This is the only vendor the residents may use in their front yards for lighting.  Please let the board members know if you believe your property needs increased lighting for security, or their is a problem with your lighting. We kindly request that residents not add any additional lighting without following this process.  Lighting needs are determined by the board and paid out of the HOA funds.

The master landscape plan was created with Armstrong Berger 3 years ago, and was installed in two phases.  Residents are kindly requested not to change any of the landscaping without conferring with the landscape committee nor add any water features to their front yards.  Many neighbors have potted plants on their front steps and this is your opportunity to be creative and unique with regards to the exterior look of the property.   The HOA is responsible for the maintenance of the front landscaping, including removal of dead or damaged of dead tree limbs.  Trees on the front property helped to maintain our neighbor's beauty and are homes' values and should never be cut down and removed by individual home owners.
The landscape committee walks the property to inspect the sprinkler system and dead/dying plants.  If any of you notice a broken head, please let one of the committee members know.  (hint:  when the sprinkler is on,  a broken head will look like old faithful is the front yard).  Replacement of  sprinkler parts or problems with the system are the responsibility of the HOA.

Many of the residents have spectacular back yards.   We hope to have some photos posted to our site soon, highlighting some of them.
